Abstract:
    The testing device includes programmer, PLC cabinet, and two sets of PLC inside the cabinet. One set is in use for testing, and the other set is in use for demo. There are position input module and counter module setup inside the set in use for testing. Income lines of each auto switch to be connected to general AC power, and income lines of AC power of each PLC power module are connected to income lines of AC power of DC24V regulated power supply inside cabinet. The output of the sensor to be tested is connected to the position input module or the counter module in PLC for testing use. Power lines, signal lines and I/O signals between the sensor to be tested and corresponding PLC module are connected through connection terminal block. The disclosed device possesses not only function for testing off line sensor, but also miscellaneous functions such as tranning use of PLC and template test etc. so as to be as multifunctional, comprehensive device.
