Abstract:
    A fault synthesis diagnosis method and device for city orbital traffic equipment maintenance system, the method is: first, divides equipments with the principle of equipment maintenance unit, determines the smallest maintenance unit, and inputs their information using the smallest maintenance unit as basic unit; following, determines the collected equipment state information, judges the abundant amount of the said information, and if the information amount is not enough, ensures to add equipment measuring points or the relationship among relevant equipments to consummate the state information; meanwhile, establishes the discrimination formula or threshold; and by direct discrimination, indirect discrimination, trend discrimination and life discrimination model, processes whether to alarm or pre-alarm discrimination. The invention synthesis uses the four categories discrimination models, expands the detectable scope, and takes system maintenance work as the overall concept, to achieve the effect of reasonable arrangement primary and secondary, and melting the relevance considering method. The invention has both fault alarm and fault pre-alarm, to reduce the failure occurrence rate, and also it enables managers timely grasping the equipment health information, to improve the efficiency of maintenance work.
