| The test unit includes motor output shaft connected to a drive motor. Motor output shaft is connected to the transmission shaft. Electromagnetic brake (EB) is setup on the transmission shaft, and a fixed plate of EB is installed on base. Breaking part of EB is connected to the transmission shaft. Friction discs of EB are located between the fixed plate of EB and the breaking part. A push pressure plate is installed on the transmission shaft, which is connected to the power crankshaft. Crank matched to the push pressure plate is setup on the power crankshaft. Through coupling, the power crankshaft is connected to the rotating torque sensor; and through another coupling, the rotating torque sensor is connected to axis of the encoder. The encoder is installed on the axis of the encoder. The axis of the encoder is connected to the connection interface of device to be measured. Features are: high measuring accuracy, adjustable load, driving speed and moment based on need. | |||
