Abstract:
    The system includes following parts: being installed on light boat or tower of light beacon, meteorological instruments includes wind dial, visiometer, barometer, free air temperature gage, and hygrometer etc. to measure wind speed, wind direction, visibility, air pressure, air temperature, and humidity; being installed under measurement supporter on boattail or low part of beacon, hydrology multiparameter measuring apparatus is in use for measuring hydrology parameters including wave height, wave period, flow rate, flow direction etc; being installed inside cabin, CPU controls collection and process of data, and sends the data to mobile comm. module in light boat or tower of light beacon; mobile comm. module transmits data to public wireless comm. network which connects the data to Internet. Thus, through Internet, user can receives observed data on site in real time. The observed data are also sent to LED display screen and automatic identification system (AIS) for ships on site.
