Its features are that the laser distance meter and the angle encoder are set on the intelligent three-dimensional turning table set on the support; the videotape and photographic equipments are set on the support; the laser distance meter, angle encoder, videotape and photographic equipments, and intelligent three-dimensional turning table are connected with the computer. The invention can reduce human factors interference for measuring precision, increase amount of information for measuring point, measuring precision, and reduce labor intensity for gauger.
