Abstract:
    Laser deflexion and fault in a laser unit due to moisture intruded into a laser line, moisture adhesion and fog of an irradiation window are prevented. In order to remove the moisture intruded into the laser line 1 to outside, a drain hole 6 is provided in a bracket portion 2. In addition, with providing a water-adsorbing layer material 10 at a drain side of the drain hole 6, the structure can accelerate the drain of moisture in the laser line 1 and is dustproof.
