Abstract:
     The invented angle sensor belonging to the precise measurement field of angles is composed of laser angle-sensor head, laser frequency stabilizer and signal receiving and processing unit. A crystal quartz element is inserted into laser device to make its output include two laser beams at different frequencies. The said quartz element rotates to generate double-refraction effect, and the difference between two frequencies varies with the rotation, which is received and converted to obtain an angle value of rotating quartz element. It features high measuring speed, high sensitivity and low cost.
