Abstract:
     The instrument consists of information control and processing unit, pick-up and regulation unit for measured signal, and hu man-machine interface unit. The information control and processing unit is controlled by a monochip processor to accomplish digitalisation of preprocessed signal and data collection, calculation and processing, the measured signal pick-up and regulation unit accomplishes the transformation of micro displacement of inductance measuring head excited under the exciting signal into corresponding dc voltage signal, the human-machine inter face unit accomplishes the parameters presetting, data modifying, error alarm, measuring course indication, display and printing the measuring results. Said invention features convenient and intelligent operation, and high accuracy.
