Abstract:
     This invented pachymeter is composed of signal source, emitting coil, receiving coil, modulation phase locking loop, frequency correction and narrow-band voltage converter, impedance converter, precise rectifier and voltage multiplier, linear feedback compensator, automatic zero-adjusting circuit, high-voltage and-precision regulated power supply, and cooling regulation control unit. It is mainly suitable for continuous in-line measurement of plate thickness during rolling metallic plate material at 750-950 deg. C with a range of 1-12 mm and a precision of 0.02 mm plus 1% times measured value.
