Abstract:
     Full-optical-fibre gyro structure features simpleness, low cost and practicality. A number of passive optical fibre polarization state controllers and converters (PPC) are used to make light automatically in stable polarization state at any position in gyro. The light beam running anticlockwise in gyro ring is in linear polarization state and automatically stable at same main axis of optical fibre under the action of PPC. Two beams from gyro ring become circular polarization light beams to be synthesized and interfered. It may be used for both gyro and interferometer.
