Abstract:
     The invention is characterized in the the double frequency laser beam projects into the first double refractive optical splitting element to be splitted into two beams with a small included angle, which then pass through the second double refractive optical splitting element to become two parallel beams which return back along the original path and are received by photoelectric receiver and used as measuring signals. The phase shift is obtained by comparing the double frequency laser reference signal with the measuring signal with a phase meter. Said invention can overcome the effect of air interference, it not only can conduct continuous measurement but intermittent one as well.
