Abstract:
     The invention provide a measuring method and apparatus for particles diameter using optical microscope. The movement of holding table is driven by stepping motor. The diameter can be measured by pulse number of stepping motor. The pulse signal can be caculated automatically by microcomputer. It has high measuring precision and speed.
