| A monitor unit for seamless tubes on high-speed cold mill is composed of core rod, magnet, probe, electric cable and signal processing system. Two magneto-sensitive elements of non-crystal alloy in probe detects the leakage field of magnet in finished tube and dual-phase clock signals excite magneto-sensitive elements and control output circuit to synchronously inform host with result signal for determining working state of core rod. It features high sensitivity and reliability. | |||
