Abstract:
     The repair method uses dual lock scheme of combined technology of screw fastening and adhesion, it involves fastening the zero-set vernier scale with silicate adhesive and screw in a filed hole on the caliper frame, and sealing with special elastic locking adhesive, after solidifying, the later can effectively prevent the silicate adhesive from cracking, when repair is needed once again, the layers of adhesive can be removed easily by using alcohol and boiling water, then the screw and the vernier scale can be dismounted.
