Abstract:
     Differential displacement sensor for measuring deformation comprises armature moving axially and primary and secondary coils surrounding the armature and in the form of internal and external spiral coils. It features that its secondary coil is composed of multiple axially arranged tubular coils whose voltages are individually let out for dynamic tracking via switch network.
