Abstract:
     The present invention discloses a distinguishing method of interference fringe order in beam-splitting interference type optical interval measurement, belonging to the field of optical measurement, mainly solving the problem of that in order measurement, when nd range is large, the intensity identification of zero order and plus or minus one order can result in misinterpretation. said method uses the symmetry of colored fringe related to zero-order fringe in interference fringe to change the intensity identification into color identification so as to prevent order misinterpretation and can greatly raise its measurement accuracy.
