Abstract:
     The invention relates to a method for processing platinum alloy taper discharge spout, belonging to the glass fiber wire drawing technique, especially relating to the discharge spout of platinum alloy discharge plate. Wherein, said method comprises following steps that softening, cutting, shaping, reversely compressing, compressing and punching. The inventive discharge plate has lower producing period than the one made by integrated punching and cutting, with lower platinum alloy consumption, stable property, long service life, and the wider application in national glass fiber wire drawing production, to generate significant social and economic benefits.
