Abstract:
     The invention relates to a method for using single-wheel groove continuous compressor to produce compressed product, and relative device. Wherein, it uses two copper rods to feed blank; via the correctors of each one, the upper and lower rods both enter into the process that removing oxidant layer; then enters into the anti-torsion process that preventing torsion and groove jump; the output two rods are arranged between the compact wheel and the compress wheel, to be deformed by the compact wheel and compressed by compress wheel to enter into the chamber; then via dual-hole mould, it can realize the dual-hole output; then via the anti-adhesive process, it can obtain two final rods on the single-groove single-wheel continuous compressor. Compared with traditional continuous compress technique, the invention can reduce 30% of producing cost, to improve the producing efficiency and the utilization efficiency of device.
