Abstract:
    A method for manufacturing the electronic trigger head of a lighter includes such steps as providing a blank, up-down extruding on the flat part of said blank to form the fine axle of stepped axle and two symmetrical lugs, and longitudinally extruding both lugs to form pilot axles. Its special die set is also disclosed.
