    The invention relates to a shaper of wind taper spring. Wherein, it comprises CNC controller and mechanical part; said mechanical part comprises frame, releasing device, main transmitter, shaping device, coiling device, shearing device, guiding device, and the guide wheel used to transmit taper; the main transmitter comprises the main transmission wheel and tangent first assist wheel driven by uniform-speed motor; the coiling device comprises the coiling wheel and tangent second assist wheel driven by step motor; the control inputs of said uniform-speed motor, step motor, shaping device, shearing device, and guiding device are connected to the control output of CNC controller. Compared with present technique, the invention has high working efficiency and high yield.
