Abstract:
    The present invention discloses integral axle forming process and the horizontal hydraulic press therefor. The integral axle forming process includes the following technological steps: sorting material and determining material pipe diameter and length; and forming through first heating one end of the pipe material and extruding in mold and the subsequent heating the other end and extruding in mold. The horizontal hydraulic press includes a press body, a main horizontal oil cylinder set on one side of the press body and connected to the hydraulic control device, a main horizontal sliding block connected to the piston rod in the main oil cylinder, a connecting slideway and a forming mold seat between the horizontal sliding block and the press body, a bearer set on the other side of the press body and a fixture connected to clamping drive unit. The present invention has high mechanical performance, high strength, simple structure, easy operation and low cost.
