Abstract:
    The invention relates to the production field of wire and cable, especially the method of single-head wire-drawing in wire production. the method of single-head wire-drawing included several steps below: (1)the wire is lead out from setting out equipment of single-head wire-drawing machine; (2)the wire comes from step (1)is enwind at least one loop in the trough with the least radius of all working cone pulley in single-head wire-drawing machine, the bottom of the trough is conic, the wire is inserted from the end of bigger radius and out from the smaller end; (3) the wire comes from step (2)is enwind at least one loop in all the working trough just as the step (2) according to the sequence of small to big in radius of all working cone pulley; (4) the wire come from step (3)is lead into the single-head wire-drawing machine. The invention overcomes all the disadvantages and provides a single-head wire-drawing means without pressing and breaking wire.
