Abstract:
    The invention relates to a method for drawing stainless steel fiber. Wherein, it uses the stainless steel wire at 0.25-0.60mm; uses guide wheel to lead stainless steel wire into the frame with mould; the stainless steel wire head is electrolyzed by alcaine to be thinned, and through in the mould made from diamond; then suspending wire and coiling the stainless steel wire head on the coiling cylinder; drawing and spraying lubricant on the drawing mould and wire, while the drawing speed is 13m/s; and the drawn stainless steel fiber via high-temperature annealed is processed into final product. The invention can improve the strength and extendedness of stainless steel fiber.
