Abstract:
    The present invention provides a winding temperature control device and a control method thereof. The cooling tank(160)of the cooling device(153)is endued with priority, and the switching mode of the cooling tank is formulated by the control code becoming a monotone function with respect to the winding temperature. Focusing the length of the steel plate(151), the control code is determined by an optimization presetting based on linearity by means of a reset control part(111). Then the final control code is calculated by smoothing the deflection focused on the switching of the cooling tank, and is transferred to tank mode to be a preset instruction. The control of winding temperature of the steel plate rolled by hot milling roll is realized by simple and high-precision cooling control.
