Abstract:
    A technology for manufacturing thin-wall titanium pipe includes such steps as manufacturing a pipe blank, manufacturing a mandrel, preparing a shaping die, inserting the mandrel in said pipe blank, coaxially fixing the shaping die to said mandrel, positioning one end of said pipe blank at the interface between the shaping die and the mandrel of push-type pipe forming machine, filling lubricant, heating the pipe blank by an electrically heating ring, and pushing the mandrel and shaping die.
