Abstract:
    The present invention discloses extrusion process and cold extruder for extruding rod material into pipe. The extrusion process includes the following steps: 1. setting the rod material inside the middle mold cavity, descending the extruding head to form pipe blank with blind hole on the mold core; 2. setting the other rod material inside the middle mold cavity after ascending the extruding head, descending the extruding head to extrude the rod material and the pipe blank with blind hole to form pipe; and 3. ascending the extruding head to leave the middle mold cavity, ascending the push plate and the push rod to push out the pipe blank and the pipe successively. The cold extruder includes hydraulic press with both upper and lower oil cylinders, and mold including extruding head, middle mold, lower mold and push plate. The present invention can extrude pipe with high compactness, at low cost.
