Abstract:
    The invention relates to a method for extending short tube into long tube and relative cold compressor, wherein it comprises that: a), putting short tube into mould guide chamber of compressor, the compressing head compresses the short tube down, the short tube passes through the compression chamber at the center of mould, the compressing ring compresses the short tube to needed outer diameter; b), when the upper end of short tube reaches compressing ring, puts one short tube into guide chamber, to compress the obtain long tube down to discharge it at the lower mould and the through hole of support plate; the cold compressor comprises hydraulic machine and mould; the flange disc of compressing head is connected to the piston of hydraulic machine while its lower end has constant corn; the upper end of middle mould is connected to guide mould; the guide mould, middle mould and lower mould via flange and screw are fixed on the support plate; the upper end of compressing chamber of middle mould is hopper entrance whose bottom has diameter compressing ring whose diameter is same as the needed tube. The invention can control the inner and outer diameters of long tube, to reduce cost and improve quality.
