Abstract:
    The compact configuration method for feeder of single frame planisher includes the successive arrangement of coil turner, the first coil bogie, the first saddle, the coil preparing station, the second saddle, the waste coil shifting out unit, the second coil bogie and the unwinder; the arrangement of the turner and the unwinder in the same axis with the tracks for the first coil bogie and the second coil bogie in between; and the arrangement of the turner in the front end, the unwinder in the back end, the waste coil shifting out unit beside the tracks and the saddles on two sides of the tracks. The present invention has the features of compact configuration, short technological flow and small occupied area.
