| The invention discloses a giving speed and working piece size controlling method in the ring component rolling course, which comprises the following steps: 1) detecting sliding position of cool roll ring machine through first sensor directly, feedbacking the position signal circuit of first sensor to the position controller, feedbacking to speed controller after disposing by path micro-dividing device, 2) detecting working piece size through the second sensor, feedbacking the detected signal to the positional controller, 3) receiving positional order signal and feedback signal of first and second sensors through positional controller, adopting the output of positional controller as speed order signal of speed controller, 4) receiving feedback signal of speed order signal and first sensor through speed controller, adopting output signal of speed controller to control driving structure operation, driving sliding movement through driving mechanism. | |||
