| The present invention provides one kind of Cu-Cr-Zr alloy band making process. The making process includes the following steps: 1. milling the surface of alloy ingot and soaking treatment under protection atmosphere in a resistance furnace, 2. hot rolling in the total deformation of 15-80 wt% and finishing temperature of 600 deg.c, 3. solid solution treatment under protection atmosphere in a resistance furnace and quenching, 4. cold deforming, 5. ageing treatment under protection atmosphere in a resistance furnace and quenching, and 6. deformation treatment of the alloy band in the deformation amount of 1-50 wt% and speed of 15-25 rpm. The product has tensile strength higher than 570 MPa, conductivity higher than 80 %IACS, elongation higher than 7 % and hardness greater than 175HV, and can meet the requirement for use as lead frame in LSI. | |||
