Abstract:
    The invention relates to a method for producing lager copper special plate, wherein said method comprises that: 1, fusion casting cutting, rolling whole shape, drawing, aligning, and final product; 2, or horizontally continuous casting, cutting, drawing, annealing, drawing, aligning, and final product. When using the method 1, (a), fusing electrolytic copper in fusion furnace, using the crystallizer whose crystal section is same as the special plate to continuously cast blank; (b), sizing; (c), rolling hole that using improved two-roller reverse thermal roller to roll; (d), drawing, aligning to obtain the final product. When using the method 2, horizontally continuous casting that using furnace to fuse the electrolytic copper, using the crystallizer whose crystal section is same as the special plate to continuously cast blank; cutting into needed size; drawing; annealing, drawing and aligning.
