Abstract:
    The invention relates to a high chromium cast iron composite cold roller production. Wherein, said roller comprises roller corn and abrasion resistant layer; the corn is made from low alloy steel or medium carbon steel; the abrasion-resistant layer is made from high chromium white cast iron; the corn and abrasion-resistant layer are induced heated. Its thermal shaping method comprises that putting casting into induction heater, then putting preformed low alloy steel or medium carbon steel roller corn into cast mould; starting the heater to heat it to 1200-1400Deg. C; irrigating high chromium cast iron liquid, heating for 5-15min, stopping, using circulate water to solidify it. The invention can prolong the service life of roller, with low cost.
