| The invention relates to a production method for smooth sucker rod with ultra-high strength, comprising the following procedures. 1. Round bar of low alloy structure steel is prepared. 2. The blank of smooth sucker rod is prepared. 3. The blank surface of smooth sucker rod is sprayed and coated. 4. The blank of smooth sucker rod with alloy coating said above is remelted and cooled. 5. Smooth sucker rod is treated by tempering temperature. 6. Smooth sucker rod is polished. Finally, anti-corrosion smooth sucker rod with ultra-high strength is obtained. The smooth sucker rod by the method is applied in oil well with bad corrosive circumstance and prolongs the service time of smooth rod. Work times are decreased and oil production is improved. | |||
