Abstract:
    A method can processing high precision shape control by shifting a first mid-roller to an appropriate position and making a AS-U roller having tolerance in bending, independent of friction, even in state of slow rolling speed. The shape control device 2 controls the bending of the AS-U roller and shift position of the first mid-roller 13 and the pressure applied on a working roller 14 and the shape of the processing material 15. At the same time, based on the actual shape of the processing material and the rolling speed and the bending of the AS-U roller 11 and the shift position of the first mid-roller, a position correct device of the first mid-roller can regulate the postion of the first mid-roller. Therefore, even if the bending of the AS-U roller reaches the limit value, the first mid-roller can control the shape by being shifted to approperiate position. In addition, the position set divice 4 of the first mid-roller can store previous actual rolling data, based on which a second roller can be shift to prospective position.
