| The invention relates to an injection valve with variable flow of rolling oil. The valve base passes through the side wall of beam and extends into the beam. Pressure flange is set at the other side of beam and is connected with the screw thread of base foundation to form a cavity space. Axial located chimb is set in the inner circle of pressure flange and another axial located chimb is also set in the inner circle of valve base. Sealing elastic gasket, static porcelain piece, dynamic porcelain piece and rotating shaft are set in the cavity space. The sealing elastic gasket is contacted with the located chimb in the inner circle of pressure flange. Dynamic and static porcelain pieces constitute sealing pair with variable flow. One end of rotating shaft is connected with the dynamic porcelain piece and the other end is set outside and connected with the step motor. Oil port is set at the front of valve base and is corresponding to the oil channel of sealing pair of variable flow. The fan groove of dynamic porcelain piece is mated with the fan groove of static porcelain piece in different positions and windows with different variable flow are constituted. The invention realizes the continuous adjustment for variable flow of rolling oil so as to improve the control level for cooling of rolling mill and satisfy the machining demand for nonferrous metal. | |||
