Abstract:
    The present invention relates to rolling guide plate in pinch rolls outlet of high speed wire rolling machine. The rolling guide plate consists of one first outlet guide and guard section, one second outlet guide and guard section, one third outlet guide and guard section comprising one base body, one guide roll and one adjustable clamp plate, and one guide roll set before the inlet of the spinning tube and on the base body via the adjustable clamp plate. There are also cooling units set on the guide roll and the base body, and oil feeder set on the guide roll. The present invention has the advantages of short replacing time, reduced damage on wire and low cost.
