Abstract:
    It relates to the rolling method for the smooth jointing section of same diameter shaft parts synchronously. It starts from wedging the inner wedge into an A-A location round blank, rolling it to a B-B position V shape pyramidal face, wedging the outside wedge when the inner one expanding, rolling the outside wedge into C-C location conical shape, with the jointing section a slant step, then both inner and outer wedges entering into expanding rolling stage, inner wedge jointing to the slant step. Metal expansion at the jointing section can transit smoothly, without folding, doubling. It has fine quality, reduced material and better availability ratio, free from turning to the half shaft thin bar of the vehicle.
