Abstract:
    The production process of punch level cold rolled steel plate based on CSP technology includes the a smelting step, a continuous sheet billet casting and rolling CSP step, a cold rolling step and a covering annealing step. It features the low carbon molten steel in the smelting step consists of C 0.02-0.05 wt%, Si 0.02-0.05 wt%, Mn 0.08-0.02 wt%, P 0.008-0.015 wt%, S not more than 0.008 wt%, Al 0.02-0.04 wt%, and Fe and impurity for the rest. Compared with available technology, the present invention has the advantages of no RH refining, high efficiency and low cost.
