Abstract:
    The continuous casting and rolling process for producing IF sheet billet includes the steps of converter smelting, LF furnace refining and continuous casting and rolling. The molten steel consists of C 0-0.0050 wt%, Si 0-0.03 wt%, Mn 0-0.60 wt%, P 0-0.015 wt%, S 0-0.010 wt%, Ti 6-10 times C N, and Fe and inevitable impurity for the rest. Compared with available technology, the present invention has the advantages of expanded application range, etc. The IF sheet billet may be used in automobile, appliance, etc.
