Abstract:
    The method of raising utilization rate of rolls is applied for cold rolling and leveling product. The method features that in the cold rolling system, the support roll in rolling mill after being used to minimum size is reformed into the support roll in leveling machine for further use and the working roll in leveling machine after being used to minimum size is reformed into the working roll in rolling mill for further use. The method can raise utilization rate of rolls effectively and lower production cost.
