The superlow carbon baking hardened steel plate consists of C 0.002-0.005 wt%, Si 0.01-0.04 wt%, Mn 0.15-0.35 wt%, P 0.07-0.09 wt%, Ti 0.01-0.04 wt%, V 0.03-0.06 wt%, S less than 0.006 wt%, N less than 0.004 wt%, Al less than 0.04 wt%, and Fe for the rest. In the steel, micro alloyed Ti fixes the N and S, and V controls the C. The present invention has the advantages of superlow carbon baking hardening, high mechanical performance, high BH value and excellent room temperature aging resistance. | |||
