Abstract:
     The invention discloses a manufacturing method of white carbon black through silicon mud, which is characterized by the following: stirring silicon mud material evenly; separating solid-liquid material; removing solid waste automatically; putting the separated silicon mud solution in the specific flotation equipment to extract carbon powder; circulating silicon mud solution in the floatation cylinder for certain time through circulating pump; draining dirt water in the transparent pipe above drainage valve; adding fitful water in each drainage; circulating the procedure until the black fine particle is eliminated completely in the transparent pipe; immersing in the acid; extracting silicon mud in the acid tank; adding ammonium bicarbonate to stir evenly; sedimenting; washing; pressing; beating; spraying; drying; forming white carbon black with even grain shape.
