Abstract:
     Disclosed is thermal gasification recovery processing method for a paster containing metallic membrane with metal coating, which belongs to the field of destroying the solid waste or converting the solid waste to useful or harmless materials, comprising the steps of: A, crushing the materials; B, thermal gasification process for materials processed by step A in the presence of catalyst and reducer at the temperature of 130 to 600 DEG C., wherein the catalyst is selected form silicon dioxides and aluminas and the reducer is selected form alkali inorganic reducers; C, condensing and water cleaning for the gas from the materials processed by thermal gasification, separating the combustible gas and liquid fuel oil, and collecting, wherein the condensing temperature is 35 to 120 DEG C.; D, collecting metal and carbon black in discharge hole from step B. A thermal gasification recovery processing device is also disclosed. The recovery process is provided with high economy in low cost, especially, the process is beneficial to environmental protection.
