Abstract:
     The invention discloses a direct melting method of calcium carbide through liquid-state iron portland or steel portland in the revolving furnace, which is characterized by the following: adopting liquid-state iron portland or steel portland as raw material; mating manganese ore or iron ore or waste steel as carbon stabilizer; blowing steam or oxygen from above of revolving furnace; blowing steam or air or flux or acetylene or coal powder and gas from bottom of furnace to prepare calcium carbide liquid. The method comprises the following steps: adding manganese ore or iron ore or waste steel in the revolving furnace; adding liquid-state iron portland or steel portland in the revolving furnace; blowing steam or oxygen from above of revolving furnace; blowing steam or air or flux or acetylene or coal powder and gas from bottom of furnace for 15-20 min; heating temperature at over 2000 deg.c to reduce into calcium carbide liquid.
