Abstract:
    The solid waste slag treating process includes the following steps: mixing the solid waste slag with semi-solid and liquid wastes in a pre-treating pond to form mixture in certain flowability; crushing in a crusher and further mixing in a mixer to form mixture slurry; conveying the mixture slurry with screw conveyer, plunger pump, spray gun, etc. to rotary cement kiln; and incinerating in the kiln for decomposing organic components completely, changing the inorganic components into cement components and solidifying heavy metal in cement through high temperature reaction. The said process can treat solid waste slag completely, and has zero contact between human body and waste and no environmental pollution.
