Abstract:
    The invention relates to a way to prepare cermet Ti-C-N compound material by the titanium debris on mineral mountain which belongs to the domain of making full use of the titanium debris on mineral mountain and the cermet material preparing. The invention uses the titanium debris as the material, after sieving; add the carbon powder (act as the reductant) to the nitrogen stove to synthesize the cermet material the main ingredient of which is Fe3Si and TiC0.3N0.7. The advantage of the invention: the whole preparing process is very simple, the utilization rate is very high and the invention can promote the multiple utilization of the debris.
