Abstract:
    The waste tyre cold quenching process belongs to the field of solid waste treating pyrolysis technology. The process includes pyrolysis of waste tyre in smelting furnace at 250 450 deg.c, cold quenching in cooling water tank at 1-70 deg.c, taking out and draining, beating or extruding to crush and separate rubber from steel wire, coking with the separated organic matter and reutilizing the steel wire. The said process separates steel from rubber effectively at low cost to utilize waste tyre resource.
