Abstract: |
|||
| The vacuum assisted heat treatment process of incinerated fly ash includes two steps, including the step of forming and drying incinerated fly ash and the step of vacuum heat treatment. In the step of forming and drying incinerated fly ash, the fly ash, additive and adhesive are mixed homogeneously, the mixture is made into pellet or block, and the pellet or block is dried to water content less than 1 %. In the step of vacuum heat treatment, the pellet or block material is loaded into boat and vacuum heat treated in a vacuum furnace, the volatilized organic matter and heavy metal vapor are captured with a condensator, and the treated residue and distilled condensate are collected. The present invention can treat dangerous fly ash with high heavy metal content effectively, and the collected residue and distilled condensate may be used as material. The technological process is simple, and has high heavy metal eliminating rate, low power consumption and no secondary pollution. | |||
