Abstract:
    This invention relates to a harmless method for treating waste filler from hollow fibers of plants containing saponins used as biological membrane reactor filler. The method comprises: placing the waste filler into an anaerobic fermentation tank, adding water to immerse the waste filler, keeping the fermentation tank at 10-50 deg.C and DO of 0, and stirring at a low speed for 1-10 days to degrade the waste filler and obtain methane, water and residue. The method can degrade waste filler, prevent secondary pollution, and has simple process.
