Abstract:
     The invention relates to a vibration derusting process for piping internal surface and a device therefore, comprising a chassis, a DC speed-changeable motor, a transverse work table, and a longitudinal work table, characterized in that the device also comprises a transverse vibration cylinder, a assisted motor, a vibration spring, a eccentric cam, and a dedicated clamp. The process comprises filling the high rigid abrasive grain into the pipe to be processed, and fixing the pipe on above work table by dedicated clamp; switching on the power supply, adjusting the rotation speed of DC speed-changeable motor, the pressure of vibration cylinder, and the length of vibration spring to control the vibration frequency and the vibration amplitude to be up to the set value; starting the switch, realizing the vibration derusting, wherein the pipe rotates round its shaft and does complex vibration along with the work table, the abrasive grain in pipe generates inertial impact force and impacts the piping internal surface. The vibration derusting process is provided with good social benefit and economic benefit, and the device can be suitable for all kinds of pipes, especially for small-diameter long piping.
